  • Project Management Institute

    Project Management Institute, Sacramento Valley Chapter

    PMI is the International non-profit association for advancing the profession of project management. The organization administers the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification program, delivers international and regional seminars, provides geographical membership services through its chapters, and provides industry level services through Specific Interest Groups (SIGs).     The Sacramento Valley Chapter chartered in 1985 is the 4th largest chapter in PMI Region 7, an area that covers Hawaii, California, Arizona, and Nevada; and ranked close to the top 10th percentile in chapter size in PMI's international organization of 250 chapters and 175,000 members worldwide.

    With over 1600 members covering the Sacramento Valley, and San Joaquin Valley areas, PMI-SVC's membership includes over 1000 certified Project Management Professionals (PMPs), a PMP total representing over 60% of the Chapter's membership.

    The Sacramento Valley Chapter vision embraces, values, applies, and attributes its success to professional project management leadership and practices.

  • California Small Business Certified

    California Small Business Certified

    ENS-Inc is a certified California Small Business. State agencies may use a streamlined process known as the “SB/DVBE Option” by contracting directly with a California Certified Small Business for goods, services, information technology, and public works projects.

    Small Business certification eligibility requires a business be independently owned and operated, its principal office located in California, its owners live in California, and the business employs fewer than 100 employees. There is also a cap on average annual gross receipts.

    ENS-Inc has been serving the public sector for more than 10 years, offering unmatched flexibility and competencies with proven success in the face of rapidly changing State business processes.

    CMAS Approved Contractor

    Our California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS), granted by the California Department of General Services, offers a wide variety of IT Consulting Services at prices which have been assessed to be fair, reasonable, and competitive. The use of this contract is optional and is available ONLY to California State and Local Government agencies.

  • E-Rate for schools and libraries

    E-Rate for Schools & Libraries

    ENS-Inc provides IT infrastructure network services for education discounted through E-Rate.

    The E-Rate is a federal program that supports schools and libraries by providing millions of dollars in “discounts” for telecommunications services. The E-Rate is the discount that schools and libraries will receive for the acquisition of telecommunication services.

    Eligible schools and libraries can receive discounts of 20-90 percent on telecommunication services, Internet access, and internal connections necessary for deploying technology into the classroom.

  • Master Services Agreement

    Information Technology (IT) Consulting Master Services Agreement (MSA)

    ENS-Inc provides IT consulting services under the California IT MSA. The IT Consulting Master Services Agreement provides professional consultant services with the intent to expedite the process used to obtain IT consulting services. The State of California makes this MSA available to State and local government agencies.

  • Western States Contracting Alliance

    Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA)
    National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO)

    The Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA) was formed in October 1993 by the state purchasing directors from fifteen NASPO western states. The primary purpose of creating WSCA was to establish the means by which participating states might join together in cooperative multi-State contracting. This approach helps states achieve cost-effective and efficient acquisition of quality products and services.

    The National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) is a non-profit association dedicated to strengthening the procurement community through education, research, and communication. It is made up of the directors of the central purchasing offices in each of the 50 states, the District of Columbia and the territories of the United States.

    ENS-Inc provides EMC² products and solutions through the WSCA/NASPO contracts, in addition to a variety of other specialized products and solutions that meet the technology needs of California State Government.
