ThinkPad X1 Family
ENS-Inc is the Authorized Reseller for Lenovo’s Business Class Tablets on the California Strategic Sourcing Initiative. Lenovo’s ThinkPad X1 Tablet, ThinkPad X1 Carbon, and ThinkPad X1 Yoga all boast shockingly slim, lightweight designs for optimal sophistication and portability, allowing users to connect and create nearly anywhere. Each product undergoes extensive testing to ensure elite reliability and toughness.
Software Licensing Program (SLP)
ENS-Inc offers the State of California Software Licensing Program (SLP) based on the following SLP’s. These contracts are available for use by State of California departments and any city, county, special district, educational agency, local government body or corporation empowered to expend public funds. While the state makes this contract available, each local agency should make its own determination whether the SLP is consistent with their procurement policies and regulations. These contracts provides for the purchase and warranty of hardware, software, software maintenance, and technical support.

California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS)
Our California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS), granted by the California Department of General Services, offers a wide variety of IT Consulting Services at prices which have been assessed to be fair, reasonable, and competitive. The use of this contract is optional and is available ONLY to California State and Local Government agencies. Through our CMAS and our Small Business Certification, ENS-Inc is able to offer our government agency clients competitive pricing along with reliable and quality service.

IT Master Services Agreement (IT MSA)
ENS-Inc offers the Information Technology (IT) Consulting Master Services Agreement (MSA) provides professional consultant services. The State of California makes this MSA available to State and local government agencies. The intent of the IT MSA is to expedite the process used to obtain IT consulting services.

E-Rate for Schools and Libraries (E-Rate)
ENS-Inc provides IT infrastructure for education discounted through E-Rate.
The E-Rate is a federal program that supports Schools and Libraries by providing billions of dollars in “discounts” for Telecommunications hardware and services. The E-Rate is the discount that Schools and Libraries will receive for the acquisition of Telecommunication hardware and services.
Eligible Schools and Libraries can receive discounts up to 90 percent on Telecommunication services, Internet Access, and Internal Connections necessary for deploying technology into the classroom.

National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO)
ENS-Inc is in contract with the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO), which is a non-profit association dedicated to strengthening the procurement community through education, research, and communication. It is made up of the directors of the central purchasing offices in each of the 50 states, the District of Columbia and the territories of the United States.
NASPO COOPERATIVES The central role of public procurement is to obtain quality goods and services to support effective and efficient government, thereby ensuring the prudent use of public funds. Cooperative purchasing is effective and popular because it can save significant time and money in contract production as well as lower contract prices through the power of aggregation.
